Terms of service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Onda Dev (“we”, “us”), which operates Trovaso at trovaso.com, including its web app, browser extension and the plugin for AI assistants (together, “Trovaso”). By creating an account or using Trovaso you accept them. If you use Trovaso for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may do so. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Trovaso is for businesses
Trovaso is a professional tool for brands and agencies working with creators. You must be at least 18 and use it for your business, not as a consumer.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account and workspace.
- Team members you invite act under your workspace; the workspace owner's plan applies to them, and the owner can remove them.
- Tell us at team@trovaso.com if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe, at the prices shown when you subscribe. Prices exclude taxes unless stated.
- Each plan includes a number of credits per billing month. Searching one market costs credits as shown before you start a search (for example, Instagram costs more than TikTok). Included credits are replaced, not added up, at each renewal, and end when the subscription ends.
- Extra credit packs are available to subscribers. They do not expire and stay usable if your subscription ends. When a search fails for a market, its credits are given back automatically.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Payments, including for credit packs, are not refundable except where the law requires or we decide otherwise.
- We may change prices or plans for future periods, telling you in advance; the change applies from your next renewal.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into Trovaso: your roster, conversations, files, contracts and sales data (“your data”). You give us permission to store and process it only to run Trovaso for you, including through the providers listed in the privacy policy. For personal data in your data, you are the controller and we act as your processor: we process it only on your instructions as expressed by your use of Trovaso, keep it confidential, protect it with appropriate security, help you answer people's requests, tell you without undue delay about a breach that affects it, and delete it when you ask or when your account is closed, except where the law requires us to keep it. You agree that we use the sub-processors in the privacy policy and may add others, updating that list.
5. Contacting creators: your responsibility
Trovaso helps you find creators and write to them, but the outreach is yours: emails go out from your domain under your name, and DMs from your own social accounts, by your action. You are responsible for:
- having a lawful basis to contact each person and following the laws that apply to you and to them, such as the GDPR and ePrivacy rules in the EU, CAN-SPAM in the US and similar laws elsewhere;
- identifying yourself honestly, giving people an easy way to say no, and stopping when they ask (or when they ask Trovaso, which may pass the request to you);
- respecting the terms and limits of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and your email provider;
- what you write, offer and agree with creators, including disclosure of paid partnerships as advertising law requires.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Trovaso to:
- send spam, harass anyone, or contact people who asked not to be contacted;
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or deceive creators about who you are or what you offer;
- resell Trovaso's data or build a competing database from it;
- get around limits, credits or plan features, scrape or overload Trovaso, probe its security, or reverse engineer it;
- upload malware or content you have no right to share.
We may limit sending, pause features or suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts other users, our sending reputation or Trovaso at risk, telling you why where we can.
7. Creator data and estimates
Creator profiles come from public sources and can be incomplete or out of date. Scores, audience estimates, suggested prices, replies drafted by AI and results are estimates to help you decide; they can be wrong, and you remain responsible for your decisions and for checking anything important before you rely on it.
8. Contracts and payment confirmations
Trovaso lets you prepare contracts and payment confirmations with creators and have them signed electronically. The agreement is between you and the creator; we are not a party to it and do not give legal, tax or accounting advice. Templates and AI-drafted clauses are a starting point: check them, or have them checked, for your situation and country.
9. AI assistants and integrations
If you connect Trovaso to ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant, or connect a sales source, you allow the data involved to flow between Trovaso and that service under its own terms. Actions an assistant takes in Trovaso with your permission (such as writing a reply into your inbox or adding a creator) count as yours. An assistant can send a reply to a creator only if you allowed sending when you connected it, and only when you ask it to; a reply it sends is sent by you.
10. Our service
We work to keep Trovaso available and improving, and may add, change or remove features. Trovaso depends on third parties, including social platforms, email and AI providers, whose changes can affect what Trovaso can do. Trovaso and its software, design and content belong to Onda Dev; these terms give you a right to use it, not ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
11. Ending
You can stop using Trovaso and close your account at any time by writing to team@trovaso.com. We may end these terms or suspend your account for a serious or repeated breach, or if the law requires it. After closing, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy; export anything you want to keep first.
12. Disclaimers
Trovaso is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms — including that Trovaso will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a creator will reply or deliver, or that a collaboration will produce sales.
13. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to Trovaso is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or wilful misconduct.
You will cover us against claims from third parties arising from your outreach, your content or your breach of these terms.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Onda Dev is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts there, unless the law where you are based gives you a right to bring them elsewhere. We will first try to settle any disagreement by talking: write to team@trovaso.com.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when; for significant changes we will tell you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they apply. Using Trovaso after that means you accept them.
16. Everything else
These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement about Trovaso. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not giving it up. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them with the business.
