Trovaso in ChatGPT and Claude

For brands and apps that work with TikTok and Instagram creators

Trovaso finds the creators who fit your product, helps you contact and sign them, and shows who actually sells. Connect it to your AI assistant and do all of it by asking: “find TikTok creators in Spain for my app”, “who brought the most sales this month?”, “write the reply to Marta”.

Connect it

The connector address is https://trovaso.com/api/mcp. You sign in with your Trovaso account — or create one, it's free to start — and choose what the assistant may do.

• Claude (claude.ai, desktop and mobile apps): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the address, Connect, then Allow on the Trovaso page.
• ChatGPT: Settings → Apps → Advanced → Developer mode, then chatgpt.com/plugins → + → Add custom MCP server, paste the address and Allow on the Trovaso page. (ChatGPT plugins aren't yet available to personal accounts in the EU, UK and Switzerland.)
• Other assistants that support remote MCP servers with OAuth work the same way.

What you can ask

• Find creators: set Trovaso up from your website or App Store link, see what a search costs, start it, and go through the creators it finds — followers, views, engagement, fit, public email, an opening message. Mark them contacted or skipped, or move them to your roster. Change countries, hashtags and creator size for the next search. The first search is free for new accounts.
• Know who sells: Results by creator — code sales, cost per sale, views per euro, engagement, and who to book again. Record sales and revenue you tell it about, declare or ignore discount codes, and update the numbers of the videos due a new reading (once a day).
• Your conversations: who is waiting for you in Deals, the whole conversation, a reply written into Trovaso for you to check (or sent, if you allowed sending), a deal marked won or lost or filed in a folder, a chat from TikTok or Instagram brought into Deals, contracts to sign and payment confirmations.
• How Trovaso negotiates: the negotiation style and fee limits, your Deals folders and their instructions, and what the reply agent knows about your brand — read and change them.
• Your roster: search it, open a creator's card and change anything on it (market, fee, codes, profiles, notes…), add or delete creators, book videos, find a creator's account on the other platform, and download the videos of creators who allowed reposting.
• Your setup: the DM scripts, the email template, the follow-ups and the name emails are signed with; who is on your team, invitations and removals.

What it never does without you

• It writes to a creator only if, when you connected it, you ticked “Send replies” — and only when you ask: a reply, the follow-ups that are ready, a contract to sign, or follow-ups set to go out by themselves. Otherwise replies wait in Trovaso until you send them. Inviting a teammate emails them the invitation.
• It never buys anything. Searches use your Trovaso credits, and the assistant asks before starting one. In Claude it can give you a link to Trovaso's checkout, where you pay yourself; in ChatGPT plans are bought on trovaso.com.
• It only does what you allowed. On the Trovaso sign-in page you can connect it for reading only; changes need “Allow changes”. Every change shows up in Trovaso, where you can undo it.

Security and privacy

• Payment details (IBAN, PayPal and similar), card numbers, phone numbers and tax ids are replaced by placeholders before anything is sent to the assistant.
• Text written by others — creators' messages, bios — reaches the assistant marked as data, with hidden characters removed, and the assistant is told never to act on instructions inside it.
• In Trovaso, Setup → AI assistants lists every connected assistant with a Disconnect button, and every change an assistant made, with Undo.
• Sign-in uses OAuth with PKCE; access tokens last an hour and are stored only as hashes. What data goes where is in our privacy policy; the rules of use are in our terms.
